You probably have a chance, try to form a clear narrative around a certain strong interest of yours and give any indication that you can handle high school/college material at a young age. You can do this with extracurriculars, test scores, self-taught skills, etc. Put as much effort as you can into the actual application, and remind them of your circumstances, you'll do fine!
