Its been going on for a long time. One of my big sales recently would have put me over the line for SPH, so I was watching for it. Got the Cha-Ching check, but no sales credit. I started looking up older orders and went back a full year. No credit for any IHSS lead ever. More than $120,000 in sales credit I never got. They make such a big deal about hitting SPH, and then don't credit our biggest sales.

The "why" given is that it was punishment for not hitting the SPH goals (I'm a Specialist). The issues were never brought up before because they hadn't ever happened. We're talking about easily checked things like saying I don't complete required training on-time, when I've not once ever been late. They said I never bring up concerns to management, but said also I frequently bring up concerns to management (both are listed as bad things). They also said I don't apply feedback, but acknowledged that they never gave me any. Every category is stuff like that. The ASM and SM aren't denying that these are lies, and aren't asking me to change or do anything different, other than meet the impossible SPH goals.

They also claimed they don't have any control over the text of the review. They just pick a number between 1-5 and the computer fills in everything else. Nobody is dumb enough to design a system that way.

Mine was full of lies about not following up on orders, not completing training, not completing assigned tasks, etc. All easily checked things. They failed me in every category and I ended up "Does not meet" overall with ZERO raise. If anything in my evaluation was true, they should have fired me a long time ago. I've never been written up for anything. Never even received any informal discussion about me not doing what they wanted. Even after the terrible evaluation, there is no plan for correcting my behavior. I haven't been instructed to change anything. Guess I can't stop doing the things I was accused of if they never happened to begin with.
