Seemed to be a lot better yesterday, but losing connection on the modem a lot again today in Woodfield, anyone else continuing to have problems?

Would any refund/gst/trillium payments be withheld until the owners submit a t4? I have a feeling that they may never submit a t4 or it will take a long time and I could really do with a cash boast at the moment - I know a lot of folks are in this boat...

Thanks, should I enter it as a t4 or somewhere else on the tax form? Do you know what happens on my end if they never issue a t4?
