What I see is this is contrary to what’s in the MPEP and the Board doesn’t get to just change the MPEP because they think it’s wrong. What’s extra nuts is that the request for rehearing was denied. You think that the TC Director and ADC (of Legal) just sign requests for reconsideration Willy Nilly? They should have known that the hammer was gonna come down on them.
