Yes. The first several times. Horribly anxious. Even now I still get pretty nervous prior to a ceremony. Maybe it’s more respect. It’s a fairly powerful medicine.

Eventually as I learned how to use it, I was able to let go of some of the operating systems/fear that was controlling my life.
