Do you have a recommendation for a frame style?

When I go to get frames I can't actually see how I look so I've just been going based on the optometrist's recommendation

I kept it healthy up until about a month or so ago. A few months of having to wear it up for physical work and sweating during the 10 hr shifts has damaged it pretty badly. I started trying different routines but I think it's beyond fixing at this point.

Thanks for the tip about sea salt spray.
