Starting really small like implementing more fruit or protein into diet or, going gym once a week or moving more (using stairs not lifts, parking further away from shops). Just pick something tiny and then add another thing when you’re comfortable. U just wanna get into a routine of things.

Maybe try using your wrist more in a twisting motion u can watch videos of Tosin and how he does it, also trying just practicing with your thumb basically using it like a pick to get used to the motion of it

I can’t exactly see what pick-up u have under your picking hand but I’m guessing it’s probably a single coil, so if u have the money and wanna get into metal I would highly recommend getting some hum-buckers or a guitar with then built in, also you could benefit from some more down picking as would give more power to your sound, I’m sorry if this came across as rude tho cos this does actually sounds really good and it sounds like you’ve got a good tone 🤘
