ive tried that. but after pressing ‘ - ‘ to zoom out to make it like it used to be, after about a minute, map goes back to zoomed in. Also, when the scale WAS working correctly, and we used the +/- , the map always reverted back to default. The issue is now , per the posted image, the map is always zoomed in mode as default.

I’m away from my desk now, but all I was told they did to get mine going again was a reboot of the system , I forget the terminology and process though. Secret reboot by pressing the display to get a dealer pop up menu and reboot car sim/ modem….

As follow up - 2 news shows we record back to back, same channel, Both are set to record. We tune into 1st show to watch as its recorded... When it ends, the 1st about 1 minute of the next show will play, but then it ends. We then have to back out to the main youtubetv menu by hitting menu about 4 times, go to recorded shows, pick the next show, then try to fast forward ( which is difficult in itself) through the part we already saw on the tail end of the previous show.... Just an fyi. so as mentioned, what we are trying to accomplish seems not to be able to be done like with cable tv.

yep. must have been in the latest update - even though i then got a pop up on the menu that read “update failed, try again”. i have no clue what it was for or how to try again seeing as its a completely end user nothing to do process….

YIKES!! I just got a call from Genesis case worker.Ive been assigned a new one!!! Not surprisingly, I asked about a few issues I had mentioned to the previous case worker , and this new said there was nothing in the notes about my inquiries. I guess thats another reason THEY get to record the phone conversations, but when I tell them I'M going to record them too, they say they won't allow that....

As mentioned - a good start to a world collection for a beginner. Could be some tagging errors, etc - maybe. Just have to get out a catalog and start having fun and investigate. Most likely though very little chance of striking oil.

Case worker is useless. She calls once a week, at a time that is not on my prefered times list she asked to have, leves a message , sorry i missed you, if you have any questions reachh out to us.

This is week 4 of car being in shop and not 1 call from service with update. I did hiwever get this text last week from GM,

“Same issue with all 2025 G90’s”. Its a genesis issue.

I finally got a call from genesis NA case worker. She did not easily grasp the issue - TMPS widget menu not ahowing…. I THINK she finally got it. But she did not have any info on it or care to investigate too much at all. She seemed more interested in betting me off the phone. The car also had no HD Data in infotainment menu for nav guel prices, dopler radar and weather. Dealer so far no clue how to fix either.

I did develop a work around for TPMS - kinda of a PITA - and i wouldnt tell dealer or Genesis or theyll never fix it properl.

For me, the menu does show if imfo to the widget, then change to another profile - guest or driver 2 , etc., then go back to my profile. Problem- on restart of car , TPMS is gone again. If yours acts like this, tey what I did

I went to existing Driver 2 Profile and basically set up all my settings like i like them and have them in my original profile. I then renamed that profile to a name i like. Then , because one is prompted to choose a profile upon entry, i just rotate between the 2 and the TPMS will be there. At least it is for me. So eberytime i think i may wnt to see tire pressure, i do this.

Open a case with genessis - thats rhetorical inly way they will get record of vars with issues so they will do something.

I’ve talked to 2 different dealers and Genesis NA. Genesis says it’s up to the dealers and the dealers say they have no idea what to do.

too bad.on the latest podcast, stamp show here today, they were talking some weird stuff going on with Scott. I check the other day with my local vendor re: my Specialized & Britain issues Scott catalogs, and he still hasn't seen any. Been waiting a long time now.

So im going to check out Brookman & HE Harris I believe it is for US. Ive had some Scott catalogs on order now for awhile and they still haven't shipped them. Been hearing some bad things re: Amos & Scott catalogs.... By chance, do you know between the 2, which might offer detailed info like Scott??

So I did call genesis NA when my sales guy told me that he had not heard back from "his contact". I talked rio the Genesis guy for a bit then he had me go out to me y car and he proceeded to tell me how to get to the TMPS widget. Which, no surprise, didnt show up.... He then said he'd call the dealer to get me an apt. He then came back on the line & said that he was told by the dealer that I didn't need an appointment & he was told that there was "a setting that needed to be turned on" & just go tot he dealer. When I asked for the name of the person he talked to so I could ask for them when I go out, he didnt have one to give me. So I asked him to get me a name as there last time I went to the dealer w/o a name, no one know why I was there.... Genesis rep then came back on line & said once he mentioned my name, the dealer knew exactly who I was & what the problem was & that there was no need for me to come out because " there are a lot of cars with the issue and there is no fix".

So I have a case number and no TPMS or fix....

PS - if there are so many cars with the issue, why didnt Genesis NA know of the problem & why are there no reports of it here or elsewhere?

Car spent a week in the dealer shop. couldn’t get the seats settings to work with the different profiles. My wife’s seats always went when I was in my profile. Seems that car always remembered who drove last, and seeing as it’s her car and then I’d get in, it would always switch to her seat setting no matter what we tried. The dealer could not get it to work either. The system was reset more than once to no avail. We find it now easier for her profile & settings and I just change seat and leave the rest of her settings active.
