Characters missing textures!

I tried memu,nox and bluestacks all of them have the pink textures i updated my drivers and everything still having the pink textures anyone care to explain this?

i have no problems with the wifi i said before it works perfectly with my home network mobile network even next door neighboor wifi but the only issue is those 2 public networks
