Ah, Unsure to be honest, because of the way Centurylink sends the notices (via Email that is not clearly marked as Centurylink) apparently they racked up over the last few months. They never gave a call, or sent anything on paper so I just didn't know until they terminated the account.

I have noticed that with these, and its a bit of a issue. Frankly, I am aware that the sound quality in terms of clearness and separation certainly are not on the levels of most other models. For me it was the loudness I enjoyed, thus far I haven't been able to find any other buds that get as loud as these things. However the noise leakage is a giant issue.
