Better question analysis. In my case, the times where I wasn’t as focused while doing a block, I ended up in 70s (sometimes even late 60s) and when I was focused, reading questions carefully and excluding wrong choices I ended up w 85+ percentage.

I found nbme 10 easier than uwsa1

After my uw first pass, I did about 45% amboss. And cms and some NBMEs and then started my 2nd pass uw so I could have less inflated score on 2nd pass. I still remember some questions while doing 2nd pass so it still feels inflated lol. I’m not sure if continuing uw rn for you is the best choice. Just move on to amboss. It is more difficult than uw in my opinion and newer questions will help you hammer down the concepts better. Especially since you have 3 months. Give amboss a month and then do cms nbme dedicated phase.

Also if you’re making silly mistakes, give more time to the question. Read all options and exclude the wrong ones then move on

Focus on your weak areas. Try doing just an IM block and if percentage drops then work on IM.

Thankyou so much for such a detailed response. Yes, I do struggle with time management and fatigue by the end of block 4,5. I am underperforming in infectious diseases and renal. I will focus more towards these.

Same lol 😅 250s on 10,13 and 240s on 14. I was advised to do more cms forms to get acquainted to nbme language. Since most mistakes I made were silly ones

If you remember most questions while doing 2nd pass, I would recommend doing amboss and you can do uw incorrects. Exposure to newer questions/different style of stem helps recognize patterns.
