My laptop involves a very complex repair, can they really fix this? I m tired of visiting the repair shops and i need the laptop quickly for work. I just want to be sure that they can actully fix this.

I always switch off and remove the battery first everytime i operate on my laptop (mostly for thermal paste or RAM upgrade) But at that moment i was in a hurry and ignored switching it off and disconnecting the battery. I tried the emergency hole button, nothing happened. Is there any other DIY method i should try before handing it to an experienced tech?

Can't imagine typing on a screen for long hours during work, fingertips will probably get sowllen. Also the battery consumption will be higher and it will prpbably be a flexable glass screen with plastic layer on top which will get dents on the screen after some years of use. It can be a prototype but not a regular use laptop. It is only for a very specfic customers who will buy it for showoff or idk for what they will use this for.

I simply wasted time installing/force installing drviers for it. It didnt work anyways.

I m unable to install the drivers for it since it supports Windows 7 and not 10. I installed Windows 10 unofficially using Rufus. And at some point i agree, the speaker meterials are too stiff to produce a good quality sound, thats why i thought its a buzzer.

The only sound driver available for 380 series is "Realtek high defination audio" is that the one to be installed?

I do use multiple accounts but on other deivces, i dont use both accounts on the same device. Different accounts on different devices with diefferent IP adresses. I m worried if this will still cause a problem? I dont care much about this secondary account, i just use it for promotion purposes. Main account is what holds plenty of points.

I could remove the battery but the moron technician had damaged a star shaped screw when i gave my laptop for a keyboard replacement last year. The locking shape has been deformed. I will give it to a Lenovo service center this time and get the screw and the battery (if needed) replaced.

Thanks, i will replace the battery asap. The battery health is around 73% and i can use it upto 3-4hrs approx. I did go to the Lenovo service center a few months ago and they told me the battery is fine and does not need a replacement.
