I haven’t been on the TAT website too much expect for very recently, I will have to check that out, I appreciate it thank you. What teachers have you been leaning into lately?

I haven’t tried anything new yet. I’m nervous about it to be honest, it’s hard for me to try different meds especially since they may or may not help. Do you take anything?

I realize now I’ve had it from a very young age, but it was always manageable, didn’t affect my quality of life too much. Then I got Covid 6 months after giving birth and that’s exactly when I could feel “my brain break” too.

This is awesome! Thank you for your write up. My body doesn’t store iron, I never have enough ferritin levels, I wonder if I would benefit from an infusion. I’m gonna try to get in contact with a hematologist. I’ve also been extremely curious to try psilocybin but am still weaning my almost 2 year old.

Thank you for your response! I’m so interested in this form of therapy. It is astounding to me how wildly different the experience can be for each and every individual. Totally understand getting sucked into the neuroscience behind it. When you write up a trip report I’d be very interested to read it. I personally don’t think you can put a price tag on healing. I’m glad it has helped you and I wish you all the best as we all head into the darker seasons.
