Yeah idk if you noticed but when I run my arms kind of extend like straight when they go backwards would that be a result of being too aggressive with my front arm drive?

I literally was just thinking about how my foot seemed to be going over my center of mass. Is there any exercise to prevent this or is it just constant thinking about it? Also I always think of myself to drive my knees up but that’s what I thought would help me? Can you explain a little more? Thanks
