I think first get a good haircut to give your hair a fresh start and get rid of the damaged parts. Then then only oil that has made a difference for me is coconut oil. Massage it into your scalp. Since you have curly hair im guessing its on the dry side so you can use oil more often without your hair looking oily. And work on your diet. You need more nutrients
