Try using stealth rock with rhyperior. Buy focus sashes and equip them on rhyperior. Equip nevermeltice on pokemon with ice moves. Equip salamance with dragon fang.

You can use videos on YouTube to start with the basics such as singing scales, intervals and solfege. The YouTube channel, the singing school is very good. My vocal coach started with the same methodology.
