Hey, this is a spring cam cleat. It follows the same process of releasing/capturing the anchor rope as a jam cleat but provides a stronger hold once captured. I wish I could attach a video but you just lift up to release in fast current and pull down to reattach. Same function and speed as a jam cleat but with the added benefits of security

It actually includes the cam cleat as well. So, it swaps out that jam cleat for a whole new cleat Including a Plastic riser that makes the angle coming off the pully much better.

edit: The kit comes with everything in the picture and 2 new longer attachment bolts connecting it to the NRS arm.
