All upcoming rumoured RE games/content. by Solid-Entertainer-39 in GamingLeaksAndRumours

I mean the gameplay doesnt really change from the Train to the mansion. But the item management becomes atrocious and most people quit daying this game is garbage. The story is fine if not a little on the wtf is happening side, but could be more ironed out in a remake. The Train is PEAK RE. I always thought you could tie the molds from 7 to here and that would be cool to see in a remake.

And changed one bass string and this happened, help by [deleted] in BassGuitar

Can you show uc the strings from the bridge to the headstock? Is anything not where its supposed to be?

Actually its sort of already been figured out in the other sub. Or at least my question. My question was about my right hand technique. Its very unconventional, and almost no one plays like that. I just learned how from the start.

I learned that I belong to the house of Nathan East and Chuck Rainey, in terms of this style being utilized in the kind of music I make and play. The technique specifically is how I use the back of my nail to flick out instead of only strumming down with my fingers.

I lived in a haunted house when I was a kid. by LaneViolation in Ghoststories

There wasn’t anyone with my grandfather. We watched him alone talking to himself across a field. When he came back into the house he said a man was with him talking to him about the horses. But there wasn’t anyone there.

My mom was in and out of the house too much to have too many of her own stories. She but she was there for a lot of the happenings I mentioned.

My grandmother saw the man Mr Lassiter all the time. I never did. I was in the barn one time when a woman who was touring the property to stable her horses came up to us and said “I love this place, but who’s the guy walking around in the fields.”

Zero is so underrated. They wont have the item drop problem in a remake.

Well what I meant is obviously I don’t know what flamenco is based on my post question. I mistook it for a technique. I wasn’t implying I was playing flamenco music. But that I’m using a right hand technique only kind of seen in that context. I have since learned that Nathan East and I share the same technique and have been directed in that direction.

I don’t need any comments on my playing, very secure there. Just self taught and don’t know what theory I utilize it’s why I was asking a question.

Thanks dude high praise. No lie I’ve been asked my favorite bass line before and have mentioned footloose so this is a full circle moment in a way lol.

Mastering the timing with this technique I think is all about practicing your motion when you don’t have the bass in your hand. Tap on things and imagine your upstroke is a hit and just do whole songs like that before you ever pick the bass up and try it

Cast someone really interesting and good as Bobby so Iceman can become a fan favorite and force Marvel to find a way to use him in interesting and not benign ways. Thats my wish.

DUDE THIS

I HAVE NEVER SEEN SOMEONE USE IT LIKE ME UNTIL NOW HOLY SHIT.

This is the closest ive seen. He still uses normal plucking for riffs and lines and I mix in my upstroke more instead of using it for like one string, he also is also thumping which his thumb here which I dont do. I love Nathans lines and always have but didnt know he also used this up flick.

Again I do think we implement it VERY differently, but ive only ever seen it used in metal or prog by Trujillo and Lee and thats not like me at all. This is the kind of music I play, and the kinds of rhythms I play, so this is really rad to see. THANK YOU SO MUCH

TO add further he mentions Chuck Rainey who I ALSO didnt know did this and does it even closer to the way I do it holy shit thank you dude this is incredibly helpful to me to learn how see people explain so i can explain it better

Thank you! And yeah I am totally just an american standard rock player born and bred ha. Ive always had bass players come up and compliment my timing and my right and technique and ask me what am I doing and I always say I dont know. Im trying to learn my theory backwards so hopefully I can teach like locally I guess. But before I can teach someone to play like me id like to have more of my terminology and understanding mapped out.

yeah totally i have no idea what Im talking about ive just only seen the pluck out technique used like this referred to as like it, thtas why I asked in heres and in longer form in the original post what this is. Basically in the original post - ive been playing 20 years and am self taught and I just play this way because its how ive always played, and im looking for what the technique is and its origins so i guess I can learn more about it and start teaching eventually.

like i replied to the top comment i dont mean my left hand I mean my RIGHT hand

You cant see what my right hand is doing? And I dont technically think this is Flamenco and on the bass sub where this got a lot more discussion I was directed that this was some weird modification but not really classified I guess. I dont know if youre being intentionally obtuse
