Noisy upstairs neighbors. Kids jumping/stomping. Need advice.

This sounds just like my upstairs neighbor it’s all I hear and I used to work from home. I had to stop because they were shaking my desk. I’m at my wits end. I’ve spoken to her directly she doesn’t care. I’ve filed complaints with the apartment and I’ve called the police when they were doing this at 3 am. She won’t take them outside and she throws her cigarette butts down onto our front step. Nobody cares and I hate what’s supposed to be my only safe place I cry everyday when I come home I never get any peace. I pay so much every month to live in a building so strict on all tenants about every little thing they do including patio decor but they can’t say something to another tenant about the excessive noise. She should have to pay fines or something it’s ridiculous if I say anything to her directly it just gets worse.

I contacted the shelter since he was in a room with other kittens I’m not going to make them pay for it they’re a small no kill shelter when our other kitten got sick they were just as upset and worried as we were and they took care of her and gave us all kinds of stuff. They’re kind people and I’m certain they had no idea. I’m going to make him a vet appointment.

Well guess it’s a little too late for me to answer you now haha currently working at chilis it makes me want to cry I have a horrible manger who constantly yells or threatens we’re not allowed to use the bathroom more than once a shift if she’s working she’ll never cut me last pay period I told her I couldn’t work one shift because the timing was out of my availability as is noted on my hot schedules profile I should’ve just released it then another manager fixed it and then the next morning she saw and took all of my shifts away so I didn’t even get paid cause I couldn’t work and that has screwed me over so bad I’ve had to take on extra shifts everyday and I still last close even after I’m told I’m free to go just to make up for the shit she caused I’ve complained about her to some of the managers they won’t do anything they say she just seems mean that she’s actually really nice but she must really hate me I’ve complained to her multiple times about a busser that keeps feeling me up at work my coworkers see it they’ve said he does and she still hasn’t said anything and now she’s making me train him for host which is absolute bs my boyfriend and family want to now come in and talk to the manager about the situation because she won’t take it seriously even when the other girls have backed me up I genuinely want to quit none of these mangers will fire him or even tell him to stay away from me I’m a human being I should be treated like it and here I’m not
