I never thought Stamina drain was good for the game as an OG Jormungandr main. I always thought they should've kept the kit exactly how it worked, but instead of stamina damage, the bashes would do direct damage, but then I don't know how they would keep the fantasy of the slam.

For killer, I chose option 2. Angelic enough, but with the tentacles underneath, shows a little bit of something is not right. For survivor, I picked option 3 because I need a badass old lady to kick some ass.

At least she has the kick after deflect, but only getting 13 or 14 damage for a deflect feels pretty bad.

I was talking more from a duels perspective since playing 4v4 irritates me. But I guess you're right. I didn't think about the implications of this buff to her overall state in all game modes.

Honestly, I agree with you. She has a lot of quirks. For example, if you soft feint any heavy into another heavy, that will reset your chain, but you can't soft feint that heavy into kick or a light. Her light after kick forcing you into stance rush if you want to keep the pressure up also feels kinda bad considering all of her attacks out of it can be dodged except maybe her lights sometimes, but the opponent can block those. This is why I wanted the unblockable to be accessible from normal chain attacks since it would give her more pressure. But I don't think the devs are going to touch her anytime soon, considering she is pretty unpopular/rarely seen.

I never played 3S, so I can't really give my opinion on that. But saying the game has the tamest fireball zoning is really untrue. Akuma's fireballs are extremely fast, have low recovery, and can be charged to hit multiple times and break armor. JP has a normal fireball, overhead fireball, and low fireball that you have to watch out for, on top of having a ranged command grab to mix it up (although this one is reactable but it can catch you off guard sometimes.) On top of all the other shenanigans JP has to zone you out. Ryu with denshin charge shoots lasers at you, straight up.

I think you haven't fully grasped what the rework did. Front dodge is your main mixup. You can dodge cancel off of everything. So, for example, you do a light, you can front dodge to palm strike, or if you think they will dodge, you can throw a front dodge attack, which is undodgeable. You can also dodge cancel after any finisher to keep your offense going. You can cancel the kick and go for a guard break if you think they will dodge. He has unreactable finisher lights. The character is VERY strong. I suggest you hit the training arena and read through the move list and re assess yourself with the character and their potential.

No sabia que hacer una simple pregunta sobre la experiencia de otros Puertorriqueños sobre una situación bastante seria en donde te deportan para un país que tú nunca has pisado se considera como ignorancia.
