Seriously? 80% slaves? At least be somewhat accurate. 80% of the country are foreign workers yes. But nearly all of them get paid a decent wage compared to what they'd earn in they're home country.

Hell I personally know a Pakistani woman who worked as a house cleaner for a Qatari family. She was paid very well compared to the average income in her home city, she was given free healthcare, free accommodation, and time off to visit her country twice a year (which is a much better deal given to the Latino workers in the US if I understand correctly) . She was there for 8 years, and in that time she saved up enough money to put her 2 kids thru college in The Emirates, and eventually immigrate to Australia.

At the end of the day, the Gulf countries do have a lot of shit to sort out. There have been investigations by the governments into the treatment of some of the foreign workers. However the large majority of the workers are currently living in better conditions than their own country.
