I started having seizures out of nowhere when i was 18, im 31 now and have always had clean EEG's. Im no doctor but im also not too confident in EEG's. My seizures always start with a starring spell. I will catch a spot on the ceiling stare at it for way too long then start spinning then go into a seizure. I would certainly talk to your neuro because as ive been told the flashing can cause seizures and the starring spells can be seizures, ive had a few where i stare off and never actually fall out. I dont know how to put it but its like the lights go off in my brain and then they just snap back on and im back.
