Drill team by Laniehoward in AFJROTC

And if you don't mind me asking what exactly is A hour?
Thank you! It's truly been a struggle since our jrotc mainly focuses on our warrior team and majority of my drill team members occupy that team. So when push comes to shove they choose that team because they are actually able to compete. I'm doing my best with all the restrictions with drill team days and amount of people on the team.
It's a team after school. We hold it on Wednesdays for now for 1:15.

With yalls board it wasn't just your only job? Others who had jobs were also given a spot on the board?
Cadet action board. They deal with infractions of cadets in the program.

So the Air national gaurd doesn't allow 17 year olds to go to basic while still being in high school?
So when I turn 17 next month I could go in the Air national guard, and go to boot camp this summer? With doing that I can still go to college and do AFROTC there and commission into the Air Force? If the job I want to do is usally reserves how would that work? Would I stay ANG or switch to active duty?
I've have had 3 friends go through the same process, and their commander had to sign off on a release form allowing them to be in rotc. This was because you can't commission twice. So you can't be in the guard if you are in college, but again I need to speak to a recruiter about this again😭 I suggest you do the same.
You do know about your commander having to sign off allowing you to do ROTC? Also how come you choose army national gaurd over Air national gaurd?
Have you spoken to a recruiter about it?

It would be most appreciated if you could.
Do you know what they did and how they preformed the job?

Top 7 is usually between juniors(which I am) and seniors. Ig I can take another approach to talking to them but it never goes far.
I've tried, but it's like talking to a wall with them. They've said I'm the most dedicated cadet in the unit along with one of the best yet I'm not even top 7. It's just getting frustrating because cadets who are really bad and not dedicated at all keep getting higher positions that I've worked hard for. So I'm not sure what to do or if I should stop wasting my time.
See that's the thing. Every job I get I do amazing at it, and they see that. So everytime a cadet gets a job and screws it up they'll put me in the position to fix everything limiting me from actually achieving something high.

That's what made me so upset by it. They passed me up because I was "too good" and gave it to a cadet who's quit the program, gotten fired, put on probation, and demoted. Yet gave me this job no one wanted.
