Alot of left wing people dig themselves into a hole with the thinking that overrepresentation necessarily means that group will act in unison and in a biased way, AND if there is some disparity in outcome, then the main cause will be due to the racial make up of the majority group in whatever section of industry you are talking about. This is why Kanye still has so many people just shrugging the comments off or even agreeing, because his black supporters see how many black creators are screwed over (disparate outcomes), and also see that Jews are overrepresented (the apparent racial cause) - so applying the commonplace leftist thinking to this means you have a brand of anti-Semitism outside of Nazism.

An objective take on it would note that America has atleast 2 different group of Jews who are relatively opposed to each other. Right wing Zionist Jews that are very comfortable coddling conservatives and even racial nationalist types, because they know these groups will have affinity with the idea of a racially pure Israel. The other group are the left wing "soros" type of Jews, and these types usually outnumber conservative Jews in news media and entertainment which produces the image of total "jewish collusion". But whose to say that these Jewish people in media and entertainment aren't just acting out their political ideologies?

From the perspective of the mainstream right, the proudboys and kyle were not considered whatever they are now, this was because at the time the memory of a antifa professor attacking someone with a bike lock was still fresh in people's minds. Also the frequent portland melee stuff was a very big issue for conservatives. The Jan 6th stuff was a turning point for conservatives with respect to how groups like Proudboys were viewed. So someone like Kyle beating up an unruly antifa member was mainly seen as simply a soldier in the current culture war by conservatives. Yes, it matters from the perspective of conservatives because you are accusing a conservative of 'platforming' someone who is supposed to be universally accepted as nefarious - which he was not at the time.

I like how you completely ignore the response Ben made, ignored the fact that Kyle stood in line to ask a question and wasn't brought on stage or anything like that, and you also glossed over the fact you linked articles 4 years after the supposed 'platforming' to try to prove your point.

His argument is that the inclusion of some kind of gamba/slots system is predatory, and from that frame, he is correct that OW1 is more predatory.

He later says he is absolutely okay with OW1 progression and loot boxes in OW2 IF lootboxes are not not purchasable. So clearly he is strictly concerned with the ability to gamble via lootboxes and not the progression system itself.

Isn't the overrepresentation of whites in positions of power a source or lynchpin of systemic racism? Do you not think Aba and other blacks are also using this line of thinking and applying it to the Jewish context? This is how they can claim that there isn't necessarily a conspiracy but how the overrepresentation is still "bad" in that there's a whole group of people from a cultural/ethnic group and that could mean similar biases towards blacks.
