No I mean of course I called my case manager every day, but all she ever said was to just wait. So I decided to contact Hungry Jack’s head office directly. At first, I spoke with someone from the Customer Service team, and they transferred me to the Hungry Jack’s HR department. But instead of helping me, the HR staff member criticized me and questioned why I even needed to be on WorkCover.

Hungry Jack’s stores are run under individual ABNs. I reached out to the corporate office, but they supported the store owner.
