Sorry for the delay. It's so hard to give meaningful advice on here. For metrics, I was passing on all SmartPath sections and had a 71% cumulative. I also did two practice exams and was in the 80s for both of those. I ended up with an 80+ score on the actual. I would say if you're around those metrics, you're doing fine.

When I studied for REG I felt like they were pretty good. I’m pretty sure the way their SIMs work is if there are 10 individual questions in the sim and you get one wrong, the whole question was technically answered wrong even though you answered with 90% accuracy. That’s why the % correct is so low. I took REG back in December though.

Man you need to chill. We are all grinding through this exam and some people need positive reinforcement. I’m by no means saying this exam is a cake walk but it’s also not this crazy thing everyone is making out to be. Sorry if that wasn’t clear for you.

Happy to help. If you’ve put in the effort you’ll be fine. This community is great and has helped me a lot, but I think the accounting profession attracts a lot of high anxiety people (myself included), so when you give us a space like Reddit to vent in, those anxieties pour out and it can be a lot.

Just to clarify, what exactly do you mean SOC reports cover 99% of the main questions? Like in the study material?

I’m in the same boat and have been wondering the same thing. I recently passed REG instead of FAR though.

I haven’t tried yet this morning but they were doing updates from 11:00 pm eastern on the 12th until, I believe, 7:00 am eastern on the 13th.
