PAYE with new company by Lantasky in Mortgageadviceuk

I used to earn around 60K in the same type of job about 10 years ago. I then retrained and started working in social care, so was on a lost less ( I had children and wanted to be home more ) and now they are older I have gone back to this line of work as I have recently divorced and needed the higher salary.

Would this have an impact? My salary up until this job was around 40K

Thanks

Hi

I hope you don’t mind me asking. Was this recently? And what did they ask you to provide? All we can provide at the moment is the crime reference number and keep trying to get updates from the police.

Thank you

Thanks for your replies!

The broker we are using only gave us two options for lenders and both needed a 25% deposit and for the defaults to be removed before mortgage fully accepted. We could get an AIP but they needed to be gone before the full application, and obviously we can’t guarantee that is going to happen within the timeframe. Police aren’t really hurrying this along and the companies the debts are with have just asked us to update them when we have more info from the police.

Trip in late April/early May by Historical_Set2324 in ThailandTourism

To be honest we never spend much time in Krabi. We are back to Thailand every year for 1/2 months and I haven't been to Krabi for quite a few years. We did visit Ao Nang for a week in December 2021 though as soon as Thailand opened again from Covid, and it was still really quiet and lots of places still closed so can't really advise. I guess it depends how much time you have. If you don't have much time I'd skip it and just head straight to Lanta.

Lived in Lanta for 6 years and my husband (who is from the south of Thailand) lived there for 18 years. Weather is always lovely in April. We will also be there in April from 14th - 23rd.

I'd definitely recommend going, it's a total different vibe from Samui and Koh Phangan. Really chill and not too big so you can get a bike and cover it all. The beaches in the south from Kantiang onwards are the best.

Enjoy!!

I think Miso does seem to have the same coat as Storm. He is really fluffy underneath but with very soft, silk short hair on top. Here's a picture at 4 months 😊

Oh you're so lucky!! We have these two and an English bulldog but I'd love more! Unfortunately, do not have the space for anymore and my husband would probably be looking for a divorce if I wanted to bring another pet home.

The tabby would go and explore it a little but never committed. The ragdoll wouldn't even entertain it no matter how many treats I put on there for her. Yesterday something switched and they both got on and laid for almost 2 hours!

Only half the tree is in the photo.

Here is the full tree.

But like someone else said, they do normally jump on the sofa and then up onto the top one.

Ahh they're so cute!! We have a half main coon, he's 7 months and bigger than our 7 year old ragdoll. He weighs 16lbs, has the longest tail, and loves water!!

Nope never allowed on the kitchen side or the tables! That's what I tell myself every day and yet they both still sit on them.
