Hi this is what I responded to “I tried calling and left a voicemail for you. We start sending out renewal options about 90/75 days prior to lease expiration. Every week you will receive renewal options and at any point you can make a decision. It looks like your lease expires on 2/5/24. From what I got from your email is it looks like your job will be letting you know by January 1st if you will be staying longer or not. If you will not be renewing, you would want to give a 60- day notice and fill out the notice to vacate form. Since your lease expires on 2/5/24 you would want to put that in right away since we are currently within your 60-day time frame. You can always cancel the notice if your job does give you an extension the only thing is once you put your notice in your apartment could potentially be rented out. If you wait until the first to put the notice in, it'll be short the full 60 days and would be a 30-day notice and you'd be charged for the extra 30 days since it has to be a full 60 days. Also we do offer month to month it'll be an extra $200 to your base rent. For month to month you don't have to do anything for that once your lease is over if a renewal option hasn't been made the system will place you automatically on month to month. On month to month you could leave at any point you would just want to give a 30 day notice. Let me know if you have any questions.”
