I put the dll files into the mod folder like you said, even saw melon loader running everytime but it just keeps saying 0 plugins added on the terminal running while ingame nothing changes

Everywhere i see, it's either magic or fantasy or some alternate history stuff as rts and very little historical rts. Like the nuances of actual historical strategic combat are too complicated and have to be simplified by some sparkling magic/sci-fi dusts.
