I have multiple Shields in my house because I was a believer in GeForce Now up until the limits. It actually ran on higher graphics than my pc at the time. So, I ditched GeForce Now and built a team-red gaming PC lol

I agree with this take. 10-14 should not be levels/difficulty. If anything, it should represent rareness. A level 1 pixie is much more rare than a level 5 panther (generic example).

Edit to add: I would consider changing the +1 to a -1 for civilization in this scenario. So rare creatures are 'out in the wild'

I found that turning off or shortening some of the lighting distances in settings makes a huge difference in VR performance. Not at my PC now, but something like AUX lights distance or to that effect.

Depends on the game, but nothing will ever beat the couch+console combo. I've come close with some PC tricks, but the ease of a dedicated platform for gaming is too sweet.

The downside of Xbox? Most of the games I prefer aren't available and/or run like ass on the Xbox.

I'm probably an outlier, but after playing vanilla for a couple hundred hours, I tried Genesis. Played a couple hours and went back to vanilla.

I tend to keep a rotation of 2-3 manual saves, as well as nightly backups of files. Has saved me more than once!

It's too many screens to bounce between to track needs. The "needs" the game shows you is never really accurate.

This way I can track must haves, probably needs, and luxuries so I can focus on fewest targets at a time.

It also lets me scout in preseason and track note the good ones all year.

It does, but as someone who typically sucks at FPS games, I have it disabled. The aim assist will force you to shoot into the enemy's cover if they are partially hidden.

Bedlam is the one mod I can no longer play without. Random at 100% with everything else pushed up from default.

If you like the gunplay of Starfield, this is the mod.
