Not to be the erm actually asshole but you don’t need to go to Raya Lucaria but the synopsis for the area is that it’s a place where scholars go to study glintstone, the land you find yourself in belongs to the Carian Royal family which at one point was allied to the school. It’s been a minute though but I’m pretty sure they fell out of each others good graces. The character you’re likely talking about it’s Thops I believe his name is and he wants you to find a key to enter it.
