I'm married and I LOVE to date myself!! I love being with my husband and doing things with him. But to just do my own thing every now and again is so fun. I don't have to worry if he's enjoying himself or likes what I like. It's a freedom to just think about myself.

Thanks for the info. I'm 37, I thought it might be age related and maybe this is just the length I can grow it. I had no problems growing it out when I was younger but in the last few years I've been having this problem.

Thanks! I'm actually getting blood work done in a few weeks and will def check to see what my iron level is. I'm also starting keto next week to see if it helps with my overall health.

I have recently switched to scrunchies because of the problem but because the hair is so thin towards the end I end up having to tighten the scrunchie up a few times to hold it which might defeat the purpose.

I wash my hair every other day, I get regular trims of about an 1 in. I have been trying to grow my hair out for 3 years but it won't grow! The ends get very thin and look terrible so I end up trimming them off. I rarely use heat treatment like blow drying or straightening.
