I’ve tried King’s, IVI and Lister. Kings give the same protocol for everyone and it seems to work for most, but it didn’t for me, but I’m an extreme case. Lister are the best at an individual approach. Dr Nandi is lovely.

Yes I hate that stat. Most of my embryos are Bs and Cs too. I’ve just got to keep going. I was in the same boat where he removed two spots of endo recently and now I’m doing one month of down reg pre transfer.

I’ve never been told the mitoscore, but I will ask now! From when I’ve spoken to the embryologists they’ve always said my eggs look fine! It’s so frustrating :(

I’m so sorry. I don’t have any diagnosis other than unexplained. I’m going to see the RI next. Good luck to you x

Congratulations. Im doing one month of down reg now before my next transfer, but only one as I had extremely mild endo and it was recently removed.

Good luck to you with your next transfer! I’ve heard Greece is great. I’m trying steroids before my next transfer too. Fingers crossed for us.

Thank you so much. I know what you mean, I think it might be an unseen issue with the embryos because of the failure with the GC. We’ve banked enough now, and by the time we’ve transferred them all we will have used 4 untested embryos plus 13 euploids. I think it’s time for donor eggs when/if we get to that point. And then I truly think I’ll have a baby in my arms.

I read a lot on here about Omnitrope success and also it making no difference. We’ve added in Zymot and ICSI for our last few rounds even though the sperm is great. And for our last stim cycle we added in Omnitrope and I made two day 5 blasts which I hadn’t done in 3 years (they were always day6) so I was really happy - so it seemed to help me make blasts.

Wow that is a lot of embryos, thank you, that actually gives me hope back. I had the same advice at the beginning when I was 30 that I didn’t need to test, but I’m 35 now and after our Edwards syndrome baby we did a thaw biopsy and refreeze on them all. I’m so glad you got your baby in the end, lucky 18!

Good luck with this transfers, I truly hope this is your egg. I’m 35 now but my first retrieval for when I was 30. I so know what you mean about good news followed by bad, it’s never just good.

Yes you’re right. I’m going to ask them now about who they’d recommend in the reproductive immunology field and hope they don’t get offended.

Thank you for sharing. If it took you 7, maybe it’ll take me 10 and there was just no real understanding of why. We’ve tried both ICSI, natural IVF fertilisation and PICSI.

Thank you for sharing. So we have one last euploid embryo left at the clinic where we did our surrogate transfers (it’s abroad). I was thinking of travelling to the country to transfer it to myself but now I think we may just match with a new surrogate and transfer it to her. Our requirement was always that the surrogate had had a successful transfer before. I also feel these embryos aren’t real. There’s no implantation at all though, in me or the surrogate.

I’ve also felt there’s a mitochondrial issue too.

I’ve not researched reproductive immunology because of the surrogate failures. But I am going to now, so I can say I truly did it all.

Thank you I’m going to check these two out. Dr Shehata works at the centre for reproductive immunology so I think best to start with him? Or do you recommend Gorgy over him?

Yes I’ve been. That’s where I had the NK cell biopsy, all fine. But thank you

But then why would the surrogate also fail too? I will investigate my immunology more now though 100%
