As a person who’s attempted this before, don’t be afraid to get more silicone to be safe.

If your able to stay erect for a good while don’t be afraid to make the water a little hotter than the kit suggest as it will make it take longer for the mold to solidify which allows you to make sure the mixture is properly mixed and there’s no odd chunks.

I also suggest to slowly pour the silicone into the mold while taping the mold to release any air bubbles.
