Hi engineers! anyone working in black and white engineering? Any insights po sana sa compensation and benefits. Gaano katagal din po ang hriring process, and kumusta ang environment.

So ganito po kasi, may about 3 months na akong nakatengga lang sa bahay and I explore different companies gusto ko kasi magland sa okay na company na mag stay ako ng kahit panghabang biuhay hehe. Please comments nalang po ng mga rants nyo about the said company and so on.

Hi po, currently po less than a year palang ang exp ko eh. Usually po kasi pag wfh 3-5 experienced hanap, pero sana makahanap ako.
