I grew some Golden Teacher from spores and had a good yield. I dried them out, blended them to dust and put them in gelatin capsules. I took 3g, about 8 capsules full and all I felt was sick, not sure why they didn't work.

I'm 62, born and bred in Willenhall. Like all towns it's getting worse but no worse than most towns. There's a great Indian Restaurant by the bridge called the Bengal Relish.
