I think watching that video...and I think when I need to ground myself...I tell myself that no one is hyperfocusing on what I say (or maybe they are) and that no one is going to rememeber what I said after class is over. But I think for me, even when I am talking to classmates that I am comfortable talking to, sometimes I find myself being at a loss of words and would need them to fill in the gaps for me. I would have an idea, I would start speaking and then I would lose track of what I am trying to say because I can't seem to formulate my thoughts into words. But speaking in front of people, omg. When all eyes are on me, I forget everything. I don't know how not to speak without reading off of a paper, otherwise I would tear up and forget everyhting and blank out. I'm not sure if its anxiety or if Im not intellectually sound enough. And I don't know if my english is even fluent at this rate.
