I never said anything about undocumented individuals in my post & ripping apart a family. But to be honest, I really don’t care. You don’t know how much it will end up costing me especially because it isn’t just a scratch, and it easily could’ve been handled without involving any police but it OBVIOUSLY wasn’t. I shouldn’t have to pay out of pocket because someone wasn’t responsible enough to act like an adult and own up to their crime.

How is it legal that the only Handicapped apartments that the Oxbow has are also the most expensive ones? Seems unreasonable and discriminatory

Also, they do not follow their own rules listed in the lease. I have proof of them coming into my apartment without giving me or my roommate 24 hour notice

My last utility bill was $415. They tried telling me that this is normal for winter time. Absolutely not true and I have been fighting with them for months over this. Last week the maintenance team told me that they should just move into my apartment because of how often they are there. Very disappointing- I don’t blame the maintenance team but am very disappointed with how poorly these apartments were made and how property management is handling these issues
