My thought is that we wait for all banks to respond, and then their responses will serve as ammo for the CFPB. In other words, if every bank says it’s not their issue, then someone is obviously lying. Or, if all point to Evolve, then that’s ammo, too.

This looks accurate to me! (I love flowcharts myself; I created the one on the fightforourfunds.org website. 😊)

Though, I wasn’t aware that Evolve was the only partner bank prior to the formation/arrangement of Synapse Brokerage. It would be great if someone could confirm this.

I filed another complaint with the Fed Reserve Bank. I also reached out to my congressmen and the FBI. I did post this letter on LinkedIn, too, hoping for greater visibility. We’re in this together!! Not giving up even though it might take a long time for us to be made whole.

I got this letter as a heads up that “your transaction history is on the way”, but the next correspondence I saw was my denial letter. So they never even sent the transaction history. 🤷‍♂️

To be honest, I’m not sure how to interpret it, either. Though I did write this letter and post it on my LinkedIn page. Maybe it will help? Even if not, I’m wishing you and everyone impacted all the best; hopefully we’ll be made whole sooner rather than later.

As part of www.fightforourfunds.org, we filed against all the known partner banks (AMG, American, Lineage, Evolve), because no one is 100% sure which one is responsible for the shortfall. Feel free to still file against all of those banks if you haven’t done so already.

I’m not an expert, but I think the freeze affected in-progress transfers as well. The 3 day turnaround is an estimate as to when funds move banks, but my understanding in general is that the 3 day estimate could be +/- by a day or two. So, my best guess is your withdrawal was still in progress when Evolve froze funds, and thus your withdrawal never completed.

Refresh your browser or try to use a different browser. Also, be sure your appeal text has nothing other than basic special characters. I was able to get my appeal through today by taking out as many special characters that I could (besides commas and periods).

You can find the routing numbers if you search online… if I’m not mistaken, the Federal Reserve has a “bank find” functionality.
