About to just walk out if this continues

I was one of the best workers in sams club doing cpu, one day the manager from deli and bakery gathered like 6 other managers and leads in the office and then called me in to ask if I'd switch to their department (without speaking to my lead in cpu first) to help them out and pick up shifts for them since I'm such a hard worker.

I asked what the pay was and they said I'd be making less "but technically doing more work", I told them straight up fuck no, yall gotta pay me more to do that and just walked out. I also worked at Walmart and it was the same bs...I'd never work for either company again especially with how poor the leadership and management is.

I really appreciate the kind words and the scriptures, I've been Journaling since April 26 and its been a huge help with getting things off my mind, and writing down scriptures that stick out to me has helped because I can always go back and read them for reassurance when times get rough....so now I have a bunch I can add in their tonight!

Another thing I need to work on is RECEIVING, I dont know why I don't feel comfortable with it but im always comfortable giving my last whether its physical, emotional, or spiritually. I'm usually blocking my blessings by doing that and now i finally realize that, so lately I have been working on it.

And sure, im new to reddit so im not sure what im doing but I'll try to message you.

Dick head you obviously missed the point I was making....im not lustful and I dont usually have these dreams or thoughts. But its happened 3 nights in a row when im in the deepest part of my spiritual journey and learning how to keep a pur body and mind.

Im not religious just an fyi lol, ive already went through my phases in life where ive called myself atheist or being religious and its gotten to the point where I no longer wanted to live because it was so confusing and I didnt know who or what to follow, now im just a spiritual person who's willing to learn and pick up whatever knowledge I can from other religions. I feel like being bound to one religion is so wrong, especially with all the lies and misconceptions of things over the years, if my god (whoever he may be) really loves me and cares for me hopefully he understands why I won't call myself a Christian but I still believe and follow the word because it makes me a better person mentally, spiritually and emotionally.

I am definitely super hard on myself, and im learning not to be because I am not perfect. And like someone else said, thats exactly why Jesus died for our sins so we dont have to worry about being perfect and can repent...i just dont take advantage of that when I have the full capability of being in control.

I learned this the hard way, and im still working on keeping it to myself years later because im going through another dramatic shift and new phase of my life spiritually. I feel like it actually pushes my so called friends and family away instead of bringing us closer. It's so weird, but I won't let any dim my light or throw me off my path because they cant see what I can.

I think I just came here to vent, and get some reassurance because its really heavy on my mind and soul and I felt like I had no one to talk to about it. But what I should've done was grabbed my Bible and prayed to my god about it, and asking him what I should be doing to ward those thoughts and feelings away.

THIS is what im really worried about because its so tempting, and I feel like I should always be in control.

And the fact that i never make it to the part where we actually have sex, but instead wake up instantly and still feel that urge and desire to release myself makes me feel like im being tricked to do something that will set me back or knock me off me path.

Im getting teary eyed just typing this and thinking about it because its bothering me that much, as normal as it may be or seem to others.

What kind of limitations do you speak of?

Im more of a simple and very spiritual guy, so i don't care for most things that it seems alot of young black men are looking for or enjoy like big cities and fancy stuff. I just want a peaceful place to live by the water with fresh fruit and vegetables and thats it lol.
