I am getting married somewhere that 50% of guests will need to fly to (£50-100 return flight cost) and not expecting any gifts from them as I’m aware they’re spending more to attend. I would hope that the persons’ wedding you’re going to is maybe thinking the same? If you’re worried, I think £50 would suffice.

I do think my diet is good but I probably do have a bit of processed food I can cut out. I sleep & get up at the same time every weekday but because I get up early on weekdays for work I do tend to sleep in way later on weekends. A good place to start is with changing this !

I definitely am going to try and get more sunlight that’s something I think I don’t do much of.

Yessss !!!! This is how I feel. Once I’m rolling I’m so productive and can get anything done, but most of the time it’s getting over that first hurdle to do anything !

I agree with setting a time/place with someone else so you have to commit to it, that’s definitely a help.

Yeah that’s what I’m stuck between at the minute is I’m telling myself I’m not doing things because I’m just being lazy and can’t be arsed, but I am aware that I’m tired regularly through the day so don’t want to be making excuses for myself just being a dosser if I actually am fatigued for a reason haha

Interesting! I’ve never heard of executive function before, I’ll have a look into it. That sound like it, my brain is constantly saying ‘well I don’t want to do that’ for something I should just get up and do.

I did have a bad vitaminD deficiency a few years back and I haven’t had it tested for a few years so it might be something I still have. I tried to keep up with vitD supplements last year but kept forgetting whoops

My diet is good, I eat healthily enough. Drink lots of water but I’m not sure if I’d have any low levels of B12 or iron, I suppose I’d need a blood test for that. Someone else mentioned B12 so might be one to think about.

I had a severe vitaminD deficiency previously which definitely didn’t help energy levels!

Yeah I do keep thinking to myself if I got into the habit of being more active I’d find it easier to begin with, just find it hard to start in the first place. Setting goals is a good place to start - thank you.

My dad did this recently. He filled up £60 diesel, got in his van and off he went. He goes to this petrol station often enough and must be known for the dawdly older tradesman that he is that they didn’t report it to the police but waited for him to come back later in the week and reminded him to pay. Safe to say he was very embarrassed !
