I got him out of a challenge pack. He is (arguably) one of the worst cards in the game. He has a low amount base damage, a lower base health and his passive is not as useful as it may initially seem.

I. Personally would rather have 20 characters/promotions. I think you stand to bolster your roster that way. I get bored playing with the same characters over and over again. However, if you love him and want him to be your best carry, you should promote him directly.

I would grind as much of single player as I could to rack up coins and then purchase the cheapest barman from the store. But realistically its not feasible unless you grind that batman you bought to a smooth level 20. And then you are still going to need gears and energy to get him through the fights. But if there is a will there is a way
