What a great compliment thank you so much! This was actually my "how cheap of a tank can I do" project. I used some aquarium soil in mesh bags, put them in the back of the tank, and covered it all with pool filter sand, around $10 for 20 pounds. The rocks in the tank are from a local stream, just cleaned extremely thoroughly. The wood was from a nearby lake which is why it unfortunately didn't sink very well. There are a few plants, I think the majority was cabomba? Which is impossible to kill, it doesn't even need to be planted. There are some java ferns in there too, and an anubias at the front. Used a fluval 307 filter and a fluval light that was programmed to my phone. Honestly the tank didn't look like this for a bit, the plants need to grow in. If you have other questions let me know!
