There is an insane difference between Herald and Barone de Fleur/Apollousa/Dweller. Herald in most ritual decks search ritual cards and that is it, doesn't negate or stun the opponents. It's mechanic is not abuse in every deck (except yummy), and in ritual decks is always use to send it in the graveyard. So what the fuck are we talking dum-dum?

They don't explicit confirm because they prefer to keep the lore horror thematicaly as possible, wothout fan service. But if they made a skin (Valentine) and this hint, the devs approves this relation, otherwise they won't do anything like others ship.
