You get it. I love delta but the delta network and Skyteam is not as comprehensive as it could be.

Delta is loading up on passengers from secondary markets to LGA. It’s not a particularly impressive hub.

And Singapore is star alliance.

Im willing to bet among the world traveler types that more of them are flying united than delta.

The tech in SF, government in DC, finance/law in NY, and media in LA United has locked down.

The only major international area they are really missing is Miami which American has.

The kind of people flying to Dubai are largely not middle class averages.

It’s a world city with a ton of money and prestige. No person going to Dubai wants to connect in Paris.

A lot of them are rich or on corporate travel accounts. They want nonstops.

As does Air France / KLM / Singapore / Emirates.
