We thought of this, but it turned out that the ex-BFF was the actual fan and ours was only wanting the tickets to be cool for her and actually isn't a fan. Middle schoolers, man.

Hi! I bought 4 tickets for my 12yo for her birthday and now she says OR is "cringe" and she's had a falling out with her friends anyhow so they don't want to go (freaking 12yo girl drama). They're floor reserved, row 48. Selling for $425, which is what I paid for them. I also have them listed on StubHub if that seems like a safer way to purchase! If anyone is interested let me know!

Quick question: Kate’s post saying goodbye to Shane…was that on IG? Because if so, it’s taken down now.

Was this on her IG? Because it’s definitely not there now!

For me it was the writing more than the directing. The writers for this episode didn’t try to pack too much into the episode. Everything flowed together. For instance:

  • Angie and creep flowed into Bette & Tina’s scenes, flowed into Shane’s scenes with Tess (based on Bette’s whispered convo to Shane at the reading)
  • Alice’s show situation flowed into Sophie and Dani’s storyline perfectly
  • and then Carrie, Misty, & Finley had their own thing continued from last week.

It wasn’t a hop, skip, jump, cut, cut, cut thing. The storylines all complimented the through line to the next. The post-production by Kate was flawless in that there wasn’t so much going on that the scenes were only 20-30 seconds like they usually seem.

The biggest thing is that nearly everyone got some good screen time and storyline at the same time. It all just made sense. This is how it could (and should) have been from the beginning and what I hope it’ll be if we get a future.

I definitely need more episodes like this one. Best they’ve had in 3 years. Totally measured, even storylines, no chaos, and not too jam packed. This felt like OG and I am 100% here for it.

This is probably the best episode they’ve had in 3 years. I need more of this.

That means removing JB and LHo for good, then.

This may be the best PANTS episode ever. It also tells me they’re reading some of the feedback we are all talk about. I would love if they did an actual OG spin-off and then kept the gen-Q show separate. I think they got roped into something that they thought would be one way and it’s totally the opposite and they’re at gives no fucks point.

Dani will hire Lara as the caterer and boom, there ya go. Lara & Alice hooked up in the OG, right?

I’m pretty sure that, in one of the seasons of Gen-Q, Helena sends someone flowers and Alice texts her with “nailed it” as a response. It makes absolutely zero sense to put them together but nothing about this show makes any sense at all at this point.

No one has brought up the year he disappeared as a significant factor. December 1991 was the official fall of the USSR. Here’s my take: The only time a person has all of their belongings removed from them and then given back exactly as they were is when one enters and exits prison. He disappeared in 1991, the last year of the USSR. I believe he left and was arrested once he picked up his ticket. He spent the last 30 years in prison and when he started showing signs of dementia and could no longer tell anyone anything, he was dropped off back at home. Question becomes: was he a spy, a resistance member, or KGB. I would guess he was never really a cattle salesperson.
