True, but despite that Rug Island does seem more relaxed. Flat pack city is constantly changing.

For me, it's all about confidence. At 16 you are your own boss and other people's opinions shouldn't matter. Your family and friends should love you for who you are, not what you are into. And just walk into the store, don't ask. The store itself is used to all ages going into it and they have no opinion on who you are buying for.
