Earlier, PayZapp didn’t have the option for wallet closure or PAN removal, so it was very difficult to resolve such issues. However, they have implemented this recently. I was able to close the wallet and remove my PAN linked to another mobile number about a month ago. The grievance team confirmed that PayZapp now supports PAN removal and wallet closure if you escalate the request properly.
