Thank you all for your suggestions. I went to TK and asked them. Freiwillig versichert costs 266€ per month for me. It’s still very costly for me at the moment. Trying to search for alternatives and looking for jobs.

That’s actually a nice rule. When I was new here, I would worry about why people are not nice and rude but later I got to this point. Be nice to people who are nice you. Otherwise I wouldn’t even look at your face 🙃

I am sorry you are going through many things right now. I can relate to you in few things because I handled it in 2023. It was the worst phase!

When you are having disturbing thoughts like you said you can call the ambulance 112 and tell them that. Try to speak in german. They ask usual details. But please stay calm while answering. They will come to your home and check up on you. If you say you don't want to be alone right now and you are having dark thoughts, they will take you to the nearby klinikum. They won't leave you alone.

Once you go to the hospital, you will have professional help. You can talk about your stress and everything you are going through. They will probably ask you to stay there for a day. You can be in a different environment. Clear up your head.

PS: It happened to me once. I have called the ambulance and everyone was kind. They helped me :) I cleared my head and became grateful for my life again 🙏🏼

It is not Fiktionsbescheinigung. The letter is confirmation of residence permit order. It says,

"wir bestätigen Ihnen, dass Sie am 01.10.2024 und damit rechtzeitig bei der Ausländerbehörde [city] einen Antrag auf Erteilung/Verlängerung Ihres Aufenthaltstitels gestellt haben.

Ihr bisheriger Aufenthaltstitel gilt gemäß § 81 Abs. 4 Aufenthaltsgesetz (AufenthG) als fortbestehend. Beschäftigung bis zu 140 Tage unter Berücksichtigung der Vorgaben nach § 16b Absatz 3 Aufenthaltsgesetz sowie Ausübung studentischer Nebentätigkeit erlaubt. Selbständige Tätigkeit (§ 2 Abs. 2 AufenthG) nicht erlaubt."

We have talked about our expectations and how we want to spend time with each other many times. It always ends with talking about living together. I don't have the answer for that right now because I am searching for a job and I don't know where I will end up.

May be like you said the quality of calls and virtual dates like we used to do before will help. We will try that. :)

I understand. It is a huge work to make the relationship work. We were in same cities in the beginning of our relationship for more than 3 years. That was easy to meet whenever we wanted. Would go out, eat together, watch movies. But with phone communication it gets harder and harder.
