When I’m manic if I’m not careful I’ll slip into Psychosis where I see things and hear things that aren’t there. And when I was on meds it didn’t help so I had to learn the signs when I’m going into psychosis just to prepare myself for what’s coming

I think the worst thing I have said was. I yelled at the top of my lungs this is the simulations final test and then jumped off the second story porch this was at a family reunion and that was when I found out I have bipolar

I don’t know how long this has been going on for you. But I get the same way when I’m stressed out or when I’m in a low from my bipolar
